X-Large Burchell's Zebra Skins

All rugs in this collection are 100% genuine Burchell’s Zebra hides sourced from Africa. Unlike "zebra-print" cowhides, which are cattle hides screen-printed with a pattern, these skins feature the unique, natural texture and "shadow stripes" (faint brown stripes between the black and white) that can only be found on a real zebra.

Since zebras live in the wild, their hides naturally carry "life marks." We grade them to help you choose the right look:

• Trophy Grade: These are the most pristine hides available (roughly 1 in 1,000). They are near-flawless with minimal to no visible scarring or repairs.
• A-Grade: These are high-quality, beautiful hides that may have very minor, professional repairs or small natural markings that are only visible upon close inspection. They offer a perfect balance of beauty and value.

Zebra hides are remarkably durable and naturally dirt-resistant. For routine care, simply shake the rug outside or vacuum it using a handheld attachment in the direction of the hair. For spills, use a damp cloth with a tiny amount of mild soap or baby shampoo and dab gently—never soak the leather, as this can cause it to stiffen.
