How We Ship

We sell direct so you can expect your order to go out within 24-48 hours. We ship in very secure packaging to ensure your rug will arrive just as you saw it online.  Orders over $199 ship free within the continental USA. 

 

Cowhides USA will send out your new cowhide with one of the following shipping companies. (For international orders this may get forwarded to additional carriers)



All orders with Free Shipping are at the discretion of Cowhides USA for which provider will be the best fit. Furniture items may incur an oversize fee. Furniture items will shipped with standard curb side delivery.  With express shipping options, you will see at checkout what the available options are for faster shipping. The speed in which you receive your order is very important to us.  Once your order is placed, please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare, package, and ship your order.  All orders will be shipped standard speed unless a expedited option is selected at checkout.

• Once orders are shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email
• If you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of your purchase, please check your spam filter or contact info@cowhidesusa.com
• Orders that are sent to an invalid address are not the responsibility of Cowhides USA.  Your order will be shipped to the address provided to us.
• While we do ship internationally, we do not have any control over customs and duty fees in destination countries.  Cowhides USA will not be responsible for any fees associated with international shipments including shipping for returns or exchanges. 
• Orders shipped with express shipping will ship the same business day if they are received before 1PM Eastern time. 
• Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends) of placing your order. Custom made items and furniture are made to order so they cannot be express shipped.
