Unlike many stores that use generic images and ship a similar piece, each listing on CowhidesUSA shows the specific hide available for purchase. The photos and measurements shown are of the exact skin that will be shipped to you, so you know precisely what to expect. The only exceptions are the springbok skins and blesbok skins, which we do not photograph individually.

Our animal hides are durable and can be used as rugs or décor pieces. Many people place them on the floor, and they can handle moderate foot traffic when properly cared for. However, like any natural material, extremely heavy traffic or constant friction in the same spot can cause gradual wear over time.
