Real set of Eland antelope horns. 28" long measured along the curve and 20 measured straight. Deformed horn is 22" measured straight and 30" measure around the curl. Horns are hollow.
The Eland is a big size antelope found mainly in Eastern and Southern subsaharan Africa. It is abundant in countries such as South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Tanzania, Zambia and Mozambique. Males have horns and females do as well. However, female eland horns are much thinner than the male ones.
These horns have been cut from the skull and cleaned. Can be used for making knife handle, door handles, or even bottle openers. Can also he used for decoration.
