You will receive this exact Eland Yemenite Kosher-made shofar. About 24" long measured following the curves. Measured straight it is about 13" long.
These Kosher-made horns have been cut from the skull, cleaned, and nicely polished. With the semi polished finish the judaica Cape buffalo shofars take on a smooth texture and display beautiful colors.
The shofar has been used in Jewish and Christian cerimonies for thousands of years. Produces a beautiful sound mentioned in many historical religious testaments. It is also a gorgeous stand alone Judaica piece to use as a decorative ornament.
These shofars are made from the beautiful Eland Antelope from Africa. Both male and female Eland have horns. Usually the male horns are thicker and more impressive and therefore the ones used in making the shofars.
