Had a few questions and called their toll free phone number fully expecting to be sent to some nondescript voice mail that never gets checked. Instead a gentleman picked up after only a couple of rings, what a pleasant surprise! He answered all of my questions and even took the time to educate me as to some of the finer points of choosing a cowhide rug. He assured me that my rug would ship within 24hrs after purchase as a part of their free shipping policy. This is old school customer service such as I grew up with but almost never receive these days. I couldn’t be more pleased so far. I will of course check back in with an update after the rug arrives, but if it’s half as nice as the buying experience was, I’m sure it will exceed my expectations. My rug arrived IN TWO DAYS! I couldn’t believe it. It is exactly the one posted on the website, and it is FLAWLESS! I measured it and it measures just as was listed. This rug is far more gorgeous in person than it is on their site. Pictures simply don’t do it justice. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase again. Highly recommended.
