Stunning brand new trophy grade African wild antelope impala skull with easy hanging on the wall bracket! Size is about 18" tall X 12" wide X 5" deep. We will ship you one skull from our stock but the vary very little from the ones featured here. Horns are oiled for extra shine. Our African animal skins are also taken legally and imported with all necessary documentation. None of the African animals are endangered species and the springbok are actually harvested in culling events where over-populations need to be thinned. This item is in upstate NY and we ship UPS ground without signature required.
For size comparison please look at the photo of the springbok skull next to blesbok, impala and red hartebeest. That is a good way to visualize the size difference between these animal skulls.
The impala or rooibok is a medium-sized antelope found in eastern and southern Africa. The only extant member of the genus Aepyceros, and tribe Aepycerotini, it was first described to Europeans by German zoologist Hinrich Lichtenstein in 1812.
